On the birth anniversary of Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore, the students of Saint Farid Public School, Mandi Gobindgarh paid their revered homage and tribute to the Scholar Poet, Philosopher, Patriot, Artist, Teacher, Social Reformer and Composer of National Anthem 'Jan-Gan-Man'.
Guised themselves as Gurudev , the students recited his famous poems from 'Gitanjali' -- Ekla Chalo Re and Where the Mind is without Fear.

The Pre-primary students of Upper Kindergarten at St. Farid Public School, Mandi Gobindgarh embarked on a journey of inner peace and mindfulness through the ancient practice of Yoga 🧘🏻. With tiny hands reaching for the sky🌅 and gentle breaths guiding their movements, they explored the art of balance and tranquility.⭐🌟
Painting Activity 🎨🖌️ was held in Lower Kindergarten. Kids did colouring in Pappaya. With this activity , they learnt about the nutritious value of Papaya. And also recognised the Yellow Colour🟡.
Sand Activity⏳was held in Pearl (Nursery) class. Students drew Numbers 🔢 on sand and recognised that. It enhanced the Creativity skills, Problem Solving skills, Social Interaction, and Physical Development of the kids.😊
It was a delightful day of learn with fun for the young learners.💫💫

Saint Farid Public School, Mandi Gobindgarh held a trip to Gurudwara Shri Katalgarh Sahib ji, Chamkaur Sahib. The School organized this trip to create awareness and honour the heroic deeds and supreme sacrifices made by Guru Gobind Singh ji and his elder sons Baba Ajit Singh ji and Baba Jujhar Singh ji. The students also visited "Dastaan - e - Shahadat" where the students watched a short video of elder Sahibzaadas' sacrifice and got a lot of knowledge. During the trip, students paid tribute to the sacrifice of "Sahibzaadas".
With full devotion, the students alongwith their teachers bowed their heads in front of sacred Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, took Langar Prasad, did service (sewa) and felt blessed.

Shree Hanuman Sewa Dal, Sirhind organised 12th Shree Hanuman Chalisa Writing Competition on January 07,2024 and 13 students from Saint Farid Public School, Mandi Gobindgarh participated in it and all participants passed the exam with flying colours.
Ibha of Class X and Harshit Sharma of Class IX scored 93/100 and 91/100 respectively.
Ibha is declared 3rd in overall and received a cash prize of ₹1100/- alongwith Trophy 🏆 and Certificate.
All the other participants also got Prize with certificate.
