St. Farid Public School, Mandi Gobindgarh proudly organized its Investiture Ceremony with great enthusiasm and dignity. The event marked the formal induction of the newly elected student council, entrusting them with responsibilities to lead the school with integrity, confidence, and commitment.
The ceremony began with the energetic performance by prefects, followed by the oath-taking pledge where the young leaders promised to uphold the values and ethos of the institution.
Badges were conferred upon the Head Boy-Jobanpreet Singh, Head Girl- Manya Sood, Deputy Head Boy - Jashanpreet Singh, Deputy Head Girl- Lavanya Gupta,

🌍💧 Jal Pakhwada 2026 | Earth Day Celebration 💧🌍
On the occasion of Earth Day, St. Farid Public School, Mandi Gobindgarh enthusiastically observed Jal Pakhwada 2026 with a series of meaningful activities aimed at spreading awareness about the importance of water conservation.
🔷 An Essay Writing Competition on the topic “Conservation of Water in School” was conducted for the students of Class 8th and 9th. The young writers expressed their thoughtful ideas, creative solutions, and deep concern towards saving water in their daily school life. Their words truly reflected responsibility and awareness.
🔷 A Debate Competition on the topic “Conservation of Water” was also organized, where students confidently shared their views and arguments. The participants showcased excellent speaking skills while highlighting the urgent need to protect this precious resource.

🌍🌱 World Earth Day Initiative | Awareness & Action 🌱🌍
On the occasion of World Earth Day, the students of Eco Club of Saint Farid Public School, Mandi Gobindgarh took a meaningful step towards environmental awareness by visiting the Hon’ble MLA of Gobindgarh Sr. Gurinder Singh Garry Biring.
During the interaction, students actively discussed pressing environmental concerns affecting our region, including water scarcity, the adverse effects of rapid industrialization, rising temperatures, and increasing pollution levels.
They thoughtfully presented these challenges and expressed their concern for a sustainable future.
The students also sought valuable guidance on practical solutions and ways to contribute towards protecting the environment. This initiative provided them with a platform to voice their ideas and understand the importance of collective responsibility.
